Send to friendPuffin is marking the publication of Eoin Colfer's latest novel, Artemis Fowl and the Atlantis Complex, with a live event at Forest Hill School in London that will be filmed and simultaneously streamed into classrooms nationwide.
Colfer fans are invited to register to watch at: www.eoincolfervirtuallylive.co.uk. Puffin say that so far 15,000 already have, with a large proportion of this including teachers registering groups of school children.
Children watching will also be able to pose questions for Eoin Colfer to answer during the event making it highly interactive.
Colfer is one of the most popular authors in the country and the first book in the Artemis Fowl series was also recently voted the Puffin of Puffins in a nationwide online vote celebrating Puffin’s 70th anniversary winning 68% of the vote and outstripping competition from the likes of classics such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
