A group of friendly ghosts who live together in harmony are concerned – why are the still-alives mean to them? The ghosts’ attempts to make friends are always done from the highest motives (even if that does include trying to rescue fellow ghosts from being shut in rooms!). But then they realise that the still-alives are frightened of them... The humans have one more weapon that they use, but then so do the ghosts. King’s light humour is always deftly applied and will have readers smiling away in enjoyment as they turn the pages of this engaging story. David Roberts’ stylish illustrations add to the fun.
