Another engaging episode featuring the five bears and Fred the dog; on this occasion they find themselves at odds with one another and with life in general, but after a thoroughly trying and exhausting day; friendship - not to mention spaghetti wins through. Humorous touches abound in the bright pictures and the text is clear and well spaced, and as well as the main narrative there is bubbletalk, a map and lots of other signs and labels to enjoy.
