A short tightly-constructed adventure that deals with feelings as well as action. Bernard Ashley, as usual, has his finger on the pulse of city life, high rise flats and the impulses of the young. Scott, desperate to keep his found kitten, proves to be a likeable and enterprising hero. Large type may help developing readers. Trevor Stubley's line drawings which genuinely complement the text will for sure.
