Gribble is a popular character with newly independent readers who should enjoy this, the fourth adventure in the series, featuring the lovable dragon and his less endearing associate, Cadwallader. In this story, Gribble wakes from his winter sleep to find water in his cosy mountain cave. There's water outside too - enough for giants to bath in - at least that's what Gribble imagines. The irascible Cadwallader won't help so Gribble has to beat the 'giants' alone.
