Splodges

I had a strong feeling of déjà vu when reading what seems to me, an unnecessary contrivance which I presume is intended to encourage children to experiment with techniques of using paint. In my experience young children do this sort of thing all the time in schools where their artwork is encouraged and valued and materials are always readily available. However, where this is not the case, Malcolm Carrick's creations could well be a source of inspiration for teachers and children alike.
