A reprint of an old favourite of mine about a right young madam who wants blue shoes ... until she gets them. Mama handles it all very well, however, and Rebecca is reconciled to her new blue shoes - and her mama - at the end of the story. Nicely produced with clear, simple pictures and print, plus a story recognisable enough to hundreds of little girls (and boys) and their long-suffering parents.
