Cliffhanger

Abandoned by his parents to the somewhat doubtful thrills and excitements of a planned adventure holiday, Tim is having second thoughts even before his first ones. He hates games and feeling homesick and is afraid he looks as though he'd be more likely to run off home to mum than run away with the first prize. This is a touching and endearing story of Tim growing up fast and learning to be a boy in his own right, which manages, at the same time, to be very funny.
