This book contains six warmly recounted episodes of Jessame's life in a multi-cultural setting, including a realistic retelling of when she had a very bad day. These are credible, entertaining, sensitively written stories to which 6/7 year-olds enjoy listening and which 8-10 year-olds enjoy reading for themselves.
