Like a number of recent teenage books, this focuses on being a hostage. It's not Lebanon or the depths of Brian Keenan's writing, but an exciting story is spun put of the conflict between captives and captors. The kidnap of Gemma and her brother, Mo, from an embassy is the sudden opening. From then on we're shown the tense and often harsh interactions between the characters until the final... well, you'll have to read it.
