Yikes, Stinkysaurus!

Author: Pamela ButchartIllustrator: Sam Lloyd

Lots of dinosaurs have sharp claws and pointy teeth but the scariest dinosaur isn’t the angry T-Rex, or the terrifyingly tall Brontosaurus – it’s Stinkysaurus, a dirty dinosaur who makes everyone run away. Stinkysaurus won’t wash and his horrible habits mean he is always caught in a cloud of nasty smells. The other dinosaurs decide to take action and before he knows it, Stinkysaurus is spick and span. He finds that having friends to play with is well worth having a bath for…especially if their playtime is super messy! A bouncy rhyme and some icky images will keep little ones squealing with delight for this new dinosaur story. An ever popular topic this will appeal to younger picture book fans, bright colours and crayon style colouring make each spread a feast for the eyes and toddlers will enjoy shouting ‘YIKES, Stinkysaurus!’ again and again.
