Enter the World of Happy! Giles Andreae’s Brand New Series

Author: Giles Andreae

Penguins, hippos, dogs, gorillas and jolly sharks: just some of the creatures to star in the 13 books in Egmont’s new World of Happy series.

Written and illustrated by Purple Ronnie creator Giles Andreae, these little stories are all about positive and uplifting values: love, happiness, freedom, pleasure and being yourself.

Andreae is eager to encourage children to view the world in a positive way, in fact he says he’s passionate about this. ‘I believe that if children are encouraged to think in a positive and joyful way from an early age, it can have a direct and dramatic effect on their wellbeing, on their outlook on life and on their ability to lead happy, fulfilled and successful lives – whatever they choose to do.’

With the Office of National Statistics now measuring the happiness of UK citizens, and proof emerging that there are real economic benefits to being happy, the books could not have been launched at a better time!

Books for Keeps will send a copy of one of the new World of Happy Story Books to every new subscriber to the Books for Keeps newsletter between now and 21 April.

Increase your happiness now!
