Dumper Truck Dash!

This Busy Wheels series, covering ambulance, fire engine, police car, tractor, employs simple text and action-packed pictures to support the lively story line. Beaver is the dumper truck driver, and we see him clearing the site of the fire-damaged old Town Hall in preparation for a new build.  Assisting him are a digger and a bulldozer. The workers RECYCLE as much of the old material as possible; SCRAP METAL to the bicycle factory, SOIL to a new park. We see the three machines operating as a team, rubble pouring out of Beaver’s dump truck to fill in the new Town Hall’s foundations. However, a police car arrives… NEE- NAW, NEE-NAW!… and the workers are ordered to leave the site as the nearby river is about to burst its banks.  But, Dumper truck to the rescue!  His HUGE WHEELS keep his engine out of the water, the BIG TYRES stop skids, and his piles of RUBBLE keep the river from overflowing.  KEYWORDS and SOUNDS are printed throughout in BOLD, so encouraging participation from readers.
