The Kingdom of Tigers

Hari the tiger cub lives in the jungle with his mother and loves cuddling up with her to listen to the story of  ‘The Kingdom of Tigers’ where their ancestors once lived in freedom, but the jungle today is not a safe place to be and each day sees them running for their lives to keep one step ahead of the machines destroying the habitat around them. One day, as the machines catch up with them, Hari finds himself separated from his mother and lost in the jungle. Although sad and alone, he is determined to find his way to the Kingdom of Tigers on his own but soon meets a crowd of other animals in a similar situation, who want to join him to find safety in the kingdom too. Will Hari find his mother and the safety that he is searching for?

This beautiful rhyming picture book tells a poignant tale of hope and survival, perfectly accompanied by glorious, full colour illustrations from Megan Snyder.
